Refund & Returns Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your sports equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be in original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Bats, rackets, balls, and athletic footwear must show zero signs of court or ground use.
• Receipt or online order confirmation number must be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+92 348 2215738) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or issue a 100% full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Karachi facility, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or store credit.
